What should I do straight after I break down?
Get your vehicle as far off the road as you can and switch on your hazard lights. If it is safe, get everyone out on the side away from the traffic and wait somewhere safe, behind a barrier if there is one. Then call us with your location.
I do not know exactly where I am. Can you still find me?
